I am a twenty three year old female that has been diagnosed with cervical carcinoma in situ, stage 2. I am getting a cone biopsy to see if it might have invaded. Well, yesterday, after doing number two, I wiped as usual. However, when I wiped, I tried to wipe what I thought was fecal matter off, but I pulled what looked like a tiny white grape about a milimeter long off of the interior of my anus. It hurt bad but bled minimally. I am only 5'2 and 100 lbs but I have also noticed that I have either hemhorroids or a naturally "bulging" anus, if that even exists. I guess my main concern is that my cervical cancer may have invaded my rectum or I am just an idiot and have skin tags or something of that nature in my rectal opening. Sorry that it is so graphic but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Board. Please don't be embarrased. We discuss all kinds of stuff here. I was like you when I was younger. Would not discuss bowel habits with anyone. I had anal stenosis. It was only last month after my colon resectioning that I had a very simple operation to correct that. It took me 40 years to even talk about it.
So, with your problem. Did you save the grape like object, or flush it. I hope you saved it so it could be biopsied. It would be good if you could get a colonoscopy to find out for certain what it is that came out. Of course, an anuscopy or sigmoid scope would answer that question too. But might as well have the whole colon looked at.
Good luck to you...... and remember you can talk about anything that is bothering you.
