I have had IBS for yrs & at certain times it really acts up, mostly when I'm upset about something. Lately I have been running to the bathroom alot, too much, I'm loosing weight again. I am trying something new, plant enzymes, I took 2 this morning before eating & one before dinner (it says to take before I eat) Well so far so good, I am not going. The only thing is, I am itching alot all over including my feet. I don't know if it's this or just a coincidence. Would anyone know?

Are you allergic to grass or any other plants that you know of? If you are taking plant enzymes, you are probably allergic to one of the plants they use. It definitely sounds like an allergic reaction. Hope not, sounds like you like the product. Good luck :)

I did have a problem once with Alfalfa w/itching but I don't see that in this. Good think I'm not a cow! I took 2 caps so I tried taking 1 today it it seemed ok so we'll see maybe it was something else I guess time will tell. I have also been under alot of stress so my IBS is worse of course.
