I made a mistake last night.
Actually my bp was 135/80 and my pulse was a 100.
I don't know what exactly is too high, for bloodpressure and pulse.
I was sitting here minding my own business, when all sudden I felt my heart beat.
So I tested myself.
Of course I felt quite anxious during this time.
I tried not to panic, lol, and calmed myself down.
I felt better after I took my vitamins (Cal/Mag/Zinc....) and a Klonopin.
Yes, I have an anxiety disorder....but I haven't felt this way in ages...and was not thinking anything that could have caused me to feel my heart...

That isn't too high (actually I would love to have a number like that, my BP is 160/90 + when I was not on meds). Judging by your pulse rate you were probably a little bit excited and that caused your blood pressure to rise a little.
Feeling your heart beat (palpatations) is very common. I wouldn't worry about it too much (unless you are having other symptoms like chest pain), just take it easy.
