I hope someone can help me with this problem. Thanks to all who reply. I've been having this problem off and on for years now and I don't know what to do. My stomache seems to make these weird gurgling, bubbling noises. I'm a student and I can't focus on my work in class because I'm afraid that someone will hear it. Gosh, it is so embarrasing. I mean out of nowhere the noises start. I'm stressing and I really need to do something about this quickly. Thanks

I had this same problem in high school. I developed a phobia over it. I think it started after I came down with pneumonia. My body has never been the same since. I noticed that the noises in my stomache were worse when I took tests or when it was quiet in class. It was awful, I went to a gastroenterologist and he gave me a drug to stop the spasms in my intestines. It worked ok but I think it was more of an anxiety thing. You may want to think of when this all started, then figure out if you are creating a phobia over it and making it worse by dwelling on it. I sympathize with you. The whole things sounds crazy to other people but to us it's like a nightmare that won't go away. I'm 27 now and it doesn't affect me anymore. So there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you so much Meeshygirl. It's nice to know that someone else has been through the same thing. I think you're right. I have developed a phobia over this thing. If I can just get rid of this problem things would be less stressful. Thanks again
