I suffer from ibs-c.
I take fiber to help with moving my bowels but the cramping and gas..wow..I heard even if you have a bowel it still dont take away the cramps.So i was reading that enzymes help with that.
So I ordered Them from Puritan Pride Mult-enzyme Fomula.I just relized they are mult so they must not be just enzymes??I dont know to much about this product but i heard it works.
Last night I had Rigatoni with meat sause.( I mean I added cooked ground beef to the sauce) so there was alot of meat.
WELL OUCH..My stomach felt fine after wards then I took one of the enzymes and I started to get gas.Now It could of happened anyway cause THAT DINNER IS A NO NO I THINK FOR IBS-C.
but i am now thinking could enzymes cause gas and bloating??
to check out the ones i have they are on the site www.puritanpride.com and there mult-enzymes maybe you can check out whats in them and see if there is some thing in it that can cause constipation and cramping and gas..Please!!!!????:confused:
