So yesterday before going to sleep my body went numb or like if i had no controll over it,(it sounds weird)I tried moving but is like i coulnt, shortly after that i started hearing things this was in my bed...i herd voices not clear but i could hear them, then some screaming but not loud it was like a bunch of people talking at the same time..and while all this was happening i coulnt move after trying so hard I came back you could say....then it started happening again but i just got up.I been trough alot of stress.I'm diabetic.
my brother who is always with me is in jail. Can the stress of me missing him have something to do with it.I just dont want this to happen again.

Hearing voices happens to more people than you might think. So, I think that you should see a Psychiatrist: Not only can you get some diagnosis, and maybe some treatment; but even more important (I think) you can simply talk about it with someone who's professionally seen a lot of people with this. That might really help your "THIS FREAKS ME OUT !!!!" feeling.

It sounds like you are experiencing from stress....I believe it has nothing to do with your diabetes....Stress can do strange things to your body...as was already suggested you need to talk to a professional and get yourself feeling better...being separated from your brother and under these circumstances I can't imagine how you must be feeling....talk with a family member they may be able to comfort you....
