I posted down below about my problem, Yesterday was day two of feeling great, so I went nuts in the yard and used the shovel and pulled weeds from a standing position, today I feel a girgle (bubbling) sound in my right rib cage and when I breath real deep it feels tight in there..Doesn't really hurt just annoying. If I don't do any physical labor my right side rib cage feels great after a couple days, but I feel so good I can't help but want to be in the yard working...

Hi there. I'm no doctor, but it sounds like you may have pulled/strained muscles in that area. Your gall bladder wouldn't necessarily hurt from physical labor - it's more inclined to act up during or after eating/drinking. I think a visit to your doctor would be wise.
Back when I was pregnant with my 2nd child, I had a terrible case of bronchitis in which I coughed so hard I threw my back out. Went to the doctor who told me I had pulled several rib muscles just from coughing all the time creating extreme pain with movement and physical activity.
I think your fall could have a lot to do with your current situation. Please see your doctor for a complete exam. I'm keeping you in my thoughts/prayers.
Keep me posted,
Katie G
