Ok maybe i am being a drama queen. But My fiance went to the doctor on friday for his results from his phisical. Initailly we were worried he could have diabetes. But the doctor said he had really high lymphocytes... and asked if he was fighting any virues. he said he wasnt. He is pretty healthy guy, he is hardly ever sick. The doctor also said he had anemia.. his cbc count was really low. So he asked him to get a HIV test just incase. He had a test we are now waiting to get the results tommorow. I am so worried and scared!!! I have not been able to eat. He is worried too but he is one of those calm guys. I dont know who to talk to. we are both really stressed out. there is a high chance it could be negetive? I dont know. and he is my only sexual partner. so I am even more scared. we are supposes to get married next year. I guess I am just babbling on now cos I am petrified.
Ok so this is my question... what else can increase a persons lymphocytes..(white blood cells). Can the anemia affect it.? Could he have herpes that has no symtoms?
Can someone please respond cos I only have today.. we will find out the news at 8am tommorow.

I will try to do some research to be sure as to what may increase lymphocytes, because I'm not really sure. But I can tell you that when a doctor wants to find out what is going on, a lot of the times the will run every relavent test in the book to rule out even the most unlikely of diagnosis. So stay calm. I haven't heard of one person who isn't nervous when they have an HIV test done, no matter how certain they are that they are clear. Don't worry. Just rest and keep us posted in the morning if you want to share the results.
Best of luck. Stay calm.

Thanks...
The waiting game is for sure scary... I have never had to go though so much stress in my life. I know people say its not a death sentence, but the fact that one has to be in and out of hospitals for the oth their life is scary. I never visit doctors. I only go once a year before I visit a foreing country. i will be praying for you cos I know exactly how you must be feeling.
