I need to talk to unmedicated Type 2s that have lost 100# or more. Also every time I loose wt(about 10#)I notice my fasting(morning) BG averages are consistantly and significantly lower 15-20 point( on both meters-one 80-90 the other 100-115) during wt. "maintenance"-no gain over a week. Also there are a lot of other things I want to ask these 100+ loosers (the kind of looser thats good). You too, right?

(I lost 60-80# unmedicated, then plateaued..forever...still need to loose another 50-100#, started exercising and gained 22#+_2 and fasting BG averages went up 10-15 points(YIKEs!!) and stopped(both wt and fasting BG averages on both meters)...2 months now. Still"morbidly obese at 322# 6'2" and 58 years inactive job., still unmedicated type 2...this seems better, but still very bad!)
