I have a question i'm sure many of you can help me with. My wife gave birth to our daughter 14 months ago. She started breastfeeding right then. After a year (4 months ago) she stopped breastfeeding but the problem is that her breast size has reduced from 38C to 34B. This is very bothering for her. We've been thinking about implants, enlargement creams and pills or firming creams. Has any one had this problem and found a good, effective solution free of any side effects? I sincerely appreciate your help.

What happened to your wife happens to nearly all women who breast feed or even get pregnant, it's normal. Simply being pregnant often changes the shape of breasts as a whole.
As far as the firming creams and pills, don't bother, the only person that will benifit from them is the manufacturer. They do not work. Additionally some of the side effects alone from these products are pretty scary. Breast augmentation really is the only way to lift and enlarge the breast.
