is there any risk of acquiring HIV through dry blood (on a hotel bed sheet)? even if that blood were to get into an open cut I have?
I think I had scratched myself during the night, and might've bled a bit on the sheet. Really not sure. Assuming it wasn't my own blood, and it got into an open cut, is there any chance whatsoever? I checked into the room at around 4 and went to bed at 11:30. i figure after all those hours, the blood would've dried and the virus would be long dead....is this a correct assumption??

I wouldnt worry when the blood dries from a infected person the virus dies shortly after hitting the air :)
