Yes, Adderall can raise bp. No, you do not have to wean yourself off. Just quit. The only withdrawal will be your ADHD symptoms are back. For the record, the withdrawal reports of extreme fatigue are almost exclusively due to abuse.

If bp is an issue, walking and drinking a lot of water can help. Walking and lots of water can help with ADHD too. Can't go wrong.
