SO i know loosing weight fo rme isnt hard i jus put my self to it i can loose 7lbs a week

But i was thinkin of buying a sweat suite instead of wearing 3 shirts
would this help mt loose a little more weight faster to use it while jogging?

i know to slow down on Carbs and eat early
what else can i do to get taller
Im 18 going on 19 and im about 5,8
I take centrum performance vitamins
i am about 215lbs im pretty built but only thing that bathers me in my stomach is a little bigger then id like and i wanna try loosing the littel bit of fat i have under my chin

What you're doing is like driving a car hard with no water in the radiator. You're going to overheat and possibly cause a heat stroke. You're body needs MORE water. If you lost 7 lbs in one week, it was likely due to dehydration. I can't stress enough how dangerous that is for your body and that it won't help you lose fat.

1. Drink more water - a lot more
2. Wear loose fitting clothing (cotton is a good choice) and only ONE shirt - Your body needs to be able to cool itself while exercising - Another reason to drink more water.
3. Learn what kinds of foods are healthy and eat smaller portions more often (You can have carbs, just learn which ones are good)
4. Keep taking your vitamins
5. Your final height when you're finished growing is determined by your genetics. Unfortunately, you can't change that.

Have to agree with Cookie Here.....that is a recipe for Killing yourself.

Sweating has NOTHING to do with Weight loss...Zero! Zilch! Nada!

Sweating is strictly the Body's way of cooling itself down.

Losing 7lbs of FAT in a week is next to impossible.....Unless you are extremely overweight. IT takes a 3500 Calorie Deficit to lose one lb of Fat. to lose 7lbs in a week would require a 3500 calorie deficit each and every day. This is not Practical and Very Unsafe to even attempt. a 3500 Deficit per day would Result in Starvation mode. You would lose lots of Muscle and have probably zero energy.

Look to lose 1-2lbs per week 3MAX.

So after i worked out
and ran about 3-4 miles todai
i took a shower and weighd in
i was 210lbs from last week i was around 215-217lbs
and now ima drink about 2 cups of water since ive heard its unsafe
and its to much weight bein lost
