My dad had his first FOLFOX treatment last Thursday and then the 47 hour pump. Did okay Friday and worked in the yard and then slept 12 hours Friday night. Saturday didn't sleep well. Sunday and today it seems like he is not altogether with it...saying some things that don't make sense and not understanding what is said to him. Somewhat better today. Is this a normal side effect from the Folfox or could this be somehow sleep related? It seems early for what I have seen about chemo brain. He is very tired with very little energy but he has been eating some.
