My blood pressure is always higher with the lower number and the past few days i have taken it at home and the lower number has been 99 and the top not high.and this morning they are down but my heart rate is in the 100's.:confused: can someone tell me how to get the bottom number down? I take blood pressure medicine twice a day now.
