I have quite a few moles, but recently noticed one on my back is getting quite big. Doesn't itch or bleed or anything. I can't see the outline though as it's pretty awkward to see it. Should i be worried?

Any mole that changes in size or color should be checked.

Worried - no, concerned - yes. Any mole that changes should be checked and probably biopsied.
