Hi, have booked a holiday that my disabled mum is currently on in the Isle of Wight with a coach tours company called Skills. I pre-booked the seats on the coach and had asked them to ensure that the hotel had lifts to all floors as she can not walk far.
The problem is that when they let Nottingham to go to the Isle of Wight the coach stopped in Oxford where all the people on the coach trip where told to get off where they then had to changed over to a smaller coach, my mum had to sit sideways all the way from Oxford to the Isle of Wight.
When they arrived at the hotel my mother then found out that the hotel was on a steep hill, this is after I told the travel agent (Skills) that my mother could not walk far. My mother can only get out of the hotel by using taxi's all the time.
Also Skills are not going to take all the people on the excursions as in the discription of the holiday.
Do you know what rights or action can I take against Skills.

You need to speak to the agency owner or an attorney about this. The misrepresentation is a legal matter, not a disabilities matter.
