I just was diagnosed with HPV in a few months ago. I just recently had a pap smear to test for other STDS just to make sure. The results came back. I am negative for anything, but there were signs of dysplasia. She the nurse said the doc hasnt read the results yet so shes not sure if I need to come back or will just have to come back in 3 months for another pap smear. The nurse said dysplasia was inflammation? Is that true? I read online it was linked to cervical cancer? Should I be worried?
