Well i have noticed very small white bumps around the bottem head of my penis, i have no other problems with my penis just some of these small bumps. i dont know if it is a STD or if i am not cleaning my penis well enough. If it helps i am also not circumsisded so can anyone give their thoughts please. and i have not been sexualy active for a year but i have always used a condom.
