hi, I have decided to cut caffeine out of my daily diet, I was wondering if all Crystal Light is caffeine free or just certain flavors?? thanks!

Crystal light is caffeine free with the exception of the teas.

It's a good choice for dieters...I drink a lot but I dilute it to half strength (1 cup mix to 1 gallon of water + 1 ounces Realemon + 2 packets artificial sweetner.)
I find the full strength far too sweet.
