I am looking for an alternative to oatmeal in the morning that is filling. Has anyone tried kashi cereals? and will it keep me full?

Kashi lover here!
I'm a steel-cut oats girl in the winter months, but it's just too dang hot in the summer to eat anything hot where I am.
I saw a program on the Food Network a few months back about how they make the cereals, and it was fascinating! Never thought so much work went in to making an organic cereal.
The Go-Lean Crunch is VERY crunchy. DH & I can't do it -- unless we want to see our dentist, lol. The Cinnamon Harvest and Autumn Harvest are splendid, tho. They remind me of a very good mini-wheat and way easy on the teeth and crowns.
I don't find it quite as filling as a bowl of oats, but a small side of fruit and/or a little cottage cheese does the trick for me and keeps me full until lunch.
Where I am, the price is totally comparable with any of the other cereals, too.
Hope you enjoy :)

I like the Autumn Harvest kind. I don't like when smaller companies sell out to the large corporations though. As Kellogg's bought Kashi a few years back.
