I had a fall and 3 days later I had this terrible pain.. The first attack I had was in the right rib cage and VERY painful, cramping, like someone was grabbing my insides..The pain also moved to one inch below right breast, like cramping feelings, now it is under right breast and in back and it feels like small dull ache most of the time when it acts up...Also when it is acting up and I take a real deep breath it hurts inside... pain has been on and off but never that bad again for about 5 months..I went in to have all tests and they all came back normal, except Doc said I have at the bottom of my right lung a straight across (forgot what the name of the bottom of the lung is) anyway the bottom of my lung is up a little higher than the left and not diagnal pointed down like it should be...I did have a punctured lung and tube in it when I was 17, now 44... My question is, does this sound like small gallbladder attacks over a period of time or fluid in my lung...if it is fluid in my lung could it heal itself? and if so, does the pain lighten up and move up toward the top..because now the achiness is under right breast and in back some...not in my rib cage under breast any more..
Thank you for taking the time to read and help

I would say that it has to be your lung ...but have you checked the possibility that you could have a diaphragm hernia???
Diaphragmatic hernias are often producing this kind of pain
Talk with your doc about those hernias and especially about Bochdaleck hernia.
Have you done an x ray?
If all your checks are normal i doubt it that you have lung fluids...
