My husband has been on Prednisone for 3 years at various amounts. This last trip to the hospital he was given super steriods in his IV that left his legs almost useless from being weak. Now he's currently at 30 mgs of Prednisone, and will be coming down at 5 mgs at a time until he's hopefully off it for good.

This medication and it's side effects are awful. I'm just curious if anyone has experienced any of the withdrawal symptoms, and would like to know how long it took before you started feeling better.

He's currently so bloated with water that he's about to pop, constantly dizzy, and can barely walk from weakness.
