hello everyone,

I need advice on food. I've been low-carbing it for so long that I feel completely stupid when it comes to cutting out the fat. (I've done south beach and think it's a great diet, but I don't want to spend the rest of my summer in the house cooking!) ;)

I've had my gall bladder out and absolutely can not tolerate anything with fat. Even nachos!!! Oh man, I love mexican food, what am I gonna do without it? LOL

Anyway, I'd appreciate any stories you have to share on low and no fat eating.

Couple recommendations:

NON-FAT Half and Half for your coffee...amazingly, it's GOOD.

SMART BEAT MARGERINE for your butter replacement. It has 1/5 the fat of butter and other margerines and is trans-fat and saturated fat free. (20 cal. per Tbsp)
Try marmelade or jelly on tast with NO spread...you can get used to it.

If you want a burger, grind your own meat from a perfectly lean piece of top round (on sale. :D)
