I have often shaved the base of my pubic area and sometimes shaved quite high up into the pubic region. a week ago I discovered approx 10 very small hard bumps appear some grouped some alone. I have also found one on the shaft of the penis ???????
any advice.................

Do they seem to be sitting on your skin, as opposed to being underneath it?
If they are, they could be warts so you might want to check out that possibility.
