Hi all,
I'd like to know, can your stomach actually shrink? My daughter has been seriously dieting and says she gets full way faster now than before, that it doesn't take nearly as much food to fill up . And if it does shrink does it stretch back out so that you need more food to feel full if you start back overeating?
Thanks for any input.

Yes, when given a chance a stomach will shrink back closer to normal size. However, if more food is consumed the stomach will stretch back out. This is why it is very important after losing weight to not stuff until you feel full, just eat enough to be satisfied.
