I use a emu oil lotion on my body and a emu oil moisturising cream with vitamin E on my face. I buy mine from ebay. The lotion and cream isn't thick at all and it sinks into your skin straight away. It has really helped my skin :D

I would like to know also if people think oil, lotion or capsules work better?

I have never taken the capsules (I have to finish my flax seed oil capsules first) but I know a lot of people use the capsules plus the oil. The capsules are meant to make your hair and skin look good, increases mood, reducing the excess quantities of saturated LDL (bad) fat in your diet, lowering cholesterol levels, reducing the risks of cardiovascular disease, increasing your metabolic rate, thereby enabling weight loss, lowers inflammation in the body (I think there are more benefits from taking Emu oil but I can't remember or be bothered to look it up lol).

Emu oil contains Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9, Plus Vitamin E for regeneration of Body Cells.

Ok, so if I was to go buy Emu Oil what would I look for? Which stores carry it? What section is it in and what is the price roughly?

Health food stores and pharmacies carry emu oil, if they don't just ask them if they can order it for you. Emu oil can be a bit pricey so I buy it off ebay, the guy that I buy from sells 125ml bottles for $5, if I was going to buy it somewhere else it would cost roughly $26 for 125mls. The capsules are about $30 for 90 capsules. I'm from Australia so it might be different in other countries.
