Today my tire came off my car on a busy major street, i had to wait for a friend to bring a car jack for me to get my tire back on, i seemed ok till the cop came, he did not do anything but redirect traffic. Now could Anxiety have made my arms and legs so weak that they would tremble? could it have been that and me working in the hot sun too? Im feeling better now but i was just worried cause i do have a slight heart issue with irregular heart beats, i did not really pay attention then but i seem normal now. Also did not eat anything since yesterday around 6pm.

If you hadn't had anything to eat that could definitely make you feel jittery and shaky, especially because that event is fairly stressful. I know it would cause me anxiety personally having to wait for the cop and everything. If your feeling better now I really wouldn't worry about it. Did you have something to eat to make you feel better?

What a stressful thing to happen...I can just imagine. I would say yes, that your symptoms were definitely caused by stress, but if you have any other incidents where you aren't sure if it might be your heart, I would call the doctor. Look up Conversion Disorder and see what it say can happen to your motor functions because of acute stress, like your tire coming off in traffic. Glad you're feeling better.
