I don't necessarily have dark bags under my eyes but i have a curved line/fold under my eye so it's kind of bags lol. anyways...any tips on making it not so noticable?

It's pricey but Smashbox Photo Finish works great for any kind of lines.

I don't know of any tricks, but i have developed a bit of a curve beneath my eyes in perhaps the past year. I wondered whether it was an 'age' related issue. I have heard that as we age our eye balls kind of sit further back in our heads, which could then perhaps cause that curve, b/c as you say, it's not really bags under the eyes and it's not from lack of sleep in my case, so keep thinking it's age related maybe.
