I had my visit today. I told her everything on a piece of paper basically. After the treatment she said that we will work on the immune system later. I guess she is trying to treat the anxiety right now. She also gave me a powder mix for anxiety and some herbal pills for my IBS.

She said my body has a whole bunch of imbalances going on and is out of whack,etc. She said the pulse of my liver is weak. Our livers have a pulse? hm. She said my chi was pretty weak to..

What kind of powder mix did she give you for your anxiety and is it working? Are there any side effects? I was considering going to an acupuncture for my anxiety but wasn't sure if it would work. I just started having anxiety attacks a few weeks ago and not sure why. I too think I have a bunch of imbalences going on. Please keep us up to date.

well dont ask me. I havent used the powder a lot and im not even sure what it consists of.
