I just wanted to say a BIG thank-you to everyone here who reads&responds to my posts! I look forward to reading all about everyone everyday and you all give me such hope! ;) I KNOW i am not alone and that is such a huge comfort! It's so hard to live with someone who is bipolar! All your posts make me feel 'normal'---sometimes after dealing with the illness for so long, you start wondering if everything is your fault or if you're going crazy! Thanks again for being here to listen, care and support me!!! :cool:

Whether you are Bipolar or a family member/significant other who loves somebody who is Bipolar.....the people who come here to offer support and share their knowledge and experiences are far more valuable than any book I have read or information I have found elsewhere!!
