My husband is having alot of trouble with his joints the last few months...He has pain in his knees, wrists, shoulder, elbow, thigh, and his feet...In these areas they swell up and he can't move them..There has been many times lately you will see him walk with a limp or he can't walk at all..He says he feels that the pain goes from the joints to the muscle or maybe it's the bone in between the joints..Now today he is so bad that he has not gotten out of bed..He's very tired and can't move his joints, it's like it's going through his whole body..My husband is a very energetic person, consitantly working, exercise daily(use to not the last couple of months because of pain) and does alot of sports...This is not like him to lay around all day so i know there is something not right..He has a apointment for a joint specialist, until then i don't know what to do for him, Tylenol isn't cutting it for him..They think he may have rhematiod arthritis, what do you think???Also i wanted to mention that my husband is only 28 years old..Thanks

I also have RA and it can really get you down. Not only the aches and pains, but the toll it can take on your body and deplete it of energy. Fatigue is a major part of RA.

When I first went to my doctor, he had me take 2 Aleve in the a.m. and 2 Aleve in the p.m. for 2 weeks straight, even if I felt better to keep taking them. That is what got me through until I could get better meds from the rheumatologist. Aleve can be hard on your stomach so make sure he takes it with food.

It is good he is seeing a specialist.

Good luck and hope he feels better soon.
