Anyone tried Dr. Naturals (or something like that) colon cleansing product?

Or, any other colon cleansing product out there?

I'm just wondering if its really good to do or is a gimmick

Edit: this isn't like an enima or anything ;) its just basically taking a lot of fiber i think.
