Just wondering. I had a big meal and my heartrate is like 97-107bpm and I felt my heart sorta skip and then I felt like the walls were closing and I thought I was going to black out.

Some people feel dizzy or lightheaded with their palpiations at times.Is this what you mean you felt dizzy or lightheaded? I know you have had your heart checked.I would say its anxiety again....as far as actualy fainting due to anxiety it's rare and usualy due to hyperventilation.The typical dizziness before a faint is extreme.I wouldnt worry about fainting.With your heart speeding up I doubt it would happen.You post often on these palpitations has your doctor ever let you try a beta blocker?
