Hi
I am just a bit worried, I had unprotective sex with my BF 2 weeks ago, (Stupid I know) It was my first time too.
Ok a bit embrassing tho, I have a very sore area just by the opening to the vagina, i have tried to have a look it just looks red, it is like on the right hand side not in the vagina but on the side kinda thing if that makes any sense.?! My question is could it be a a STD or could it be because I was a virgin before hand and it is just sore, we did have sex about 5 times or more, and that was on the first time I did it..
Thanks ppl, just would like the advice because it is kinda worrying me.

Hi fiddlesticks,

I of course am no doctor or anything of the sort, and can't answer your question. But, what I'd say is either visit ur doctor, or if that's kinda embarassing for you, just visit any sexual health clinic in your area.

I had fears before I went in, but you have to understand that they hear the same thing every day, over and over again... and won't think anything different of you, especially in your situation. What I'd do is take a pic (which is what i've done in my current situation) either with a webcam and print it out or a digital camera or whatever, and then when you're there you can show them that, because it's possible what you're talking about will heal itself, but it could get worse (internally) despite you thinking it's gone... and the only way is to get tested... but unless you plan to go tomorrow, take a picture...and you'll always have it.
Best of luck!
