Hey Everyone! I am having an abnormal pain and I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced anything like it. For awhile now, I randomly get sharp pains inside my belly button. When I stretch or pee, the move down and feel more like vaginal cramping while someone is yanking my belly button from inside of me. I have no idea what it could be. Anyone out there have any idea what I'm talking about? Thanks in advance.

I think it might be lint in the belloy button that moves around? I heard that ca also cause sharp pain. But that kind of pain is not consistent and lingering.
Also, we women do ovulate and I also heard that it causes similar discomfort too.
But if this pain has been persistent for days, you might need to have it checked out.
