For a few weeks now I had some pain near my hips that wasn't much at first, but is getting far worse. It doesn't hurt when I sit down but when I get up and start walking it begins to hurt. It's worse on my right side than my left, and there are no signs of anything there. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?
