Is it unusual to see blood mixed with your stool when you have hemmorhoids and NOT on the toilet paper? Does anyone have any idea or any experience with this?

I have hemorroids and I do have blood on the outside of stool at times, yes....Sometimes on the TP and sometimes not. If you have internal ones, that will happen. I asked the gyno about it and he said bleeding is normal. HTH, if you are overly concerned ask the doc next time you go or call
