I am a 33 year old Female. I was told wednesday that I have Degenerate Bone Disease. I hurt my knee a year ago in march. My knee keeps giving out and the last time it did I broke my foot because of it .

I know nothing about this . I have done searches and I get everything but that. What caused this ? Is there a way to fix it ?

I just need some answers. :confused:
