I have a headache so bad right now i can barley stand to type It hurts so bad that I feell likee im going to puke. I've taken Motrin and asprin and I don't know what to do. I'm only 16 and never get bad headaches like this. EVER!. SOMEONE PLZ HELP and I've tried IE SO plz HELLLPP

have you been out in the sun alot recently as it could be heat related, try sitting in a cool dark room and hopefully this will help, also a cold wash cloth helps sometimes

I had problems with headaches in high school too. Some really bad - would wake up in the middle of the night in severe pain, near tears. I never really figured it out.

Here are a few suggestions though:
Drink a lot of water.
Watch sun exposure - limit it and always wear sunglasses
At first hint of headache, take something right away - like tylenol

If headaches continue, try to identify triggers:
hormonal
certain foods
exposure to sunlight
etc.

Then see your doctor. They may ask you to keep a journal.

i would do all the above, another thing you could try is visiting the optician, i used to suffer with bad headaches when i was 14, it turned out i needed glasses for reading, writing and tv.
Id defo recomend the dark room with a cool flannel over your head, but like it has been said above, this sun doesnt help, its terrible!

Forgot to mention...

One thing that often helps with the bad ones is a shower, preferably in the dark. The water on the head seems to act like a massage for me - doesn't always get rid of it completely but seems to help quite a bit.
