From what I have learned, no link between bp and tics. Other than if stimulants are taken. They increase dopamine is what usually causes tics.

DEAR GIRZ4PRES
MY SON IS BIPOLAR AND HE IS 15 1/2. SINCE THIS ALL IS COMING TO LIGHT
I ALWAYS REMEMBER HE HAD A TIC BUT WE THOUGHT HE WAS JUST A
NEROUS PERSON. BUT I BELIEVE IT DOES HAVE TO DO WITH THE ILLNESS
BECAUSE THE DOCS WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER ALWAYS HAD AN EXCUSE
FOR IT.
JUST MY OPINION BUT I HAVE TALK TO OTHER PARENTS WHO NEVER PUT
2 +2 TOGETHER.
GOOD LUCK
DO ALOT OF RESEARCH IT HELPS ME.
