This could go under three different topics, so I'm not sure where else to post than here. WARNING, I feel it necessary to just say if you don't like reading about abnormal things, stop now.
Ok firstly, I'm a 20 year old male. About a year ago, I got out of the shower and for some odd reason or another I was thinking about breast milk. Out of the blue, I pinch my nipple and squeeze, and a small amount of liquid comes out. A very VERY small amount of liquid, like the size of a dot made by the average pen on a piece of paper. The liquid was clear, maybe a little white but I couldn't really tell at all, and from what I figured it was filmy, but again, I didn't know. Well I continued testing this for several weaks, and that same little dot of fluid kept coming out. Eventually I stopped.
A year later, my interest is awoken by something, and I try it again. Now SEVERAL "dots" of fluid come out, enough to cover the surface of the nipple. I read that this can be a sign of cancer in men, so I checked the symptoms but didn't have any. I believed this to be a hormonal problem, because of other things that suggest I have an XXY phenotype. Basically I'm a male with many female traits. I do have very small breasts even though I'm not very much overweight, and my body/face shape in general is feminine enough to have me mistaked for a girl often.
What worries me is that last Friday I woke up dizzy. I haven't been getting much sleepy lately, but I don't get much sleepy usually anyway(the earliest I ever get to bed is midnight). All this weekend I've been "out of it". Like, you know when you're dreaming, and you become aware that you're dreaming? You know it's a dream, but your awareness of your surroundings is fuzzy and it's hard to concentrate? Well that's how I've felt all weekend. Friday night I was driving home from a friend's house at 3am, and my throat and jaw went numb. I would bite down or clear my throat, but I wouldn't feel it. I can still think clearly, but it's hard, I even had trouble recognizing my surroundings on a road I've been driving on all my life.
The reason I'm worried is that I read when people die from cancer, they basically go numb and feel woozy as their body organs begin "failing", then eventually they just fall to sleep and never wake up.
Does anyone have an input on this? (sorry for it being so long)

You have many of the signs of a prolactinoma, which is a growth on the pituitary gland. It causes several hormonal problems, including low testerone and breast-milk production. It's not cancer, and it is treatable. See an endocrinologist.

I'm not too concerned about the breast milk thing, and the low-testosterone I'm use to. I just want to know why for the past three days I've suddenly felt like I've been constantly downing Nyquil. More like morphene or something. I don't even know how to spell that though.

I don't know the answer to that question, but I do know you should seek some medical expertise. Conceivably, a pit tumor could grow large enough to cause all manner of perception problems, or it can cause the thyroid to stop working... and that can cause the dizziness/disorientation like you're having.
Stop guessing. You need a doctor, pronto.
