My boyfriend gave me oral sex about 5 days ago. Today, I noticed two little red bumps (more like a small rash - one on each inner part of the skin of my butt) I've had a yeast infection before and it feels like this, or a rash from my panties or the shorts I wore to the gym today. My boyfriend said he's never had vaginal sex without a condom. He and his ex girlfriend lost their virginity to each other. I know they've had unprotected anal and maybe oral. Do you think this could be genital herpes? I have no other symptoms like a fever or anything like that.

Also, I put hydrocortisone cream (anti itch cream) on it, and it feels perfectly fine. Does that make a difference?

Maybe it is just a rash. Herpes is like a blister looking type sore. Its hard to say what it is. If you are really worried about it go see a doctor in a few days. You could just wait and see what it does. If its a rash of some sort it will go away.

I'm beginning to think it is just a rash. It's more of a red spot on the skin. After I put anti itch cream on it, it felt fine and I havent really felt anything today.
