Hi, maybe im a heavy thinker but is it a myth tat stressing your brain too much causes rapid turning of hair colour becoming white? if so, suggest me what kind of shampoo should i use and nutrition consumption...

Yeah, I had a some white hair when I was going through a lot of stress in my younger age. I don't think it makes much of a difference to your appearance since it isn't really noticeable in the first place (even with dark hair), although I didn't get that many either.

I'm 33 and have been getting grey hair since I was 16. I'm blonde so it never really bothered me until it got worse. I would say that I am about 50% grey now and I do color my hair. Hypothyroidism can cause premature grey but you need to go to a doc and get some blood taken. I did this but everything was fine. The reason behind my greyness is genetics and there isn't a thing I can do about it other than help contribute to my stylists paycheck.
