i am new here but i have an important question. i have the possibility of HAVING to go cold turkey off of lorezepam as my doctor my not prescribe me anything. i have been taking for about a year and abusing it in the last few months. does anybody know what the withdrawal symptoms would be like and how long they will last???

A lot of people do not know that lorezepam is the same as Ativan, so you may want to re post and call it Ativan. I think you will get a lot more responses.

I would not try and go through this without some serious help! Find another doctor that can help you taper off.
