hi this is what i eat most days ............
porridge and milk and 2 small fruit
snack:
bread and nuts
LUNCH: bread , salad and tuna / egg / beans
snack:
yoghurt and fruit
Dinner:
heaps of steamed vegg
and a healthy serve of protein and carb?
supper:
choc chip cookie and glass of milk

It looks like you eat very well! Lots of protein and veggies which is great!! I wish my diet was more like this...

Not really, but you're on your way. You really need to add a breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day. You should also add a veggie or more fruit to your lunch. Then it's perfect.

I saw in some of your other posts that you are anorexic and have been in and out of the hospital. If that is the case, I'd have to say that no, you are not eating well at all. The diet you posted is what people do to lose weight. I can bet your portions are tiny and everything is of the low-fat variety. Please get some help for before it's too late.
I'm just concerned about you, that's all.

yer i have and prob still do have anorexia i have gone from 30 kg to 38 kg at the moment ( im 165cm) i just want to be healthy i am scared to eat more i do have help but some time s i feel people just say "you need to eat more" because of my weight but people who dont know my condition mite say otherwise.......... i know its not enought but i just want to make sure im no the right track and its healthy types and stuff

dont forget you get breads that are .69$ and, breads that are 5.99$.. that surely makes a difference... quality against quantity is always the best way to do it.
