Tell me about you Vacation, did you go anywhere?

thank you for asking after me, well i had a great vacation, i went to mexico and it was beautiful. was nervous about going away as every holiday ive had in the past ive felt panicky, but for the first time i actually enjoyed the break and felt calm, it was actually nice to get away from everything. visited loads of places and and some great experiences including swimming with dolphins and going through the mexican jungle.
i couldnt of coped with this a few months ago so i think my meds are finally working and keeping me at a level. i actualy feel like im "floating", thats the only way i can describe it. its strange to be this chilled out after the past few years!!
anyway, enough about me. hows everything with you? any progress with your wife? keep me updated
