i am about to go to the doctor but there is some important info i would like to know in case he tells me to go to H$%$. i told him i was an addict about a month ago. anyway on the last visit about ten days ago he prescribed me ativan and told me not to come back for 40 days. i abused them but now atleast i have a tapering schedule. in case he doesn´t give me anything, i was wondering what the withdrawal would be like. i´ve been taking it for about a year now. 1mg a day supposedly on the times i was not abusing it.

Valium is a much better drug to use for a taper plan, as it's half life is much longer that Lorazapam. Have you read the Ashton report? Run a search for it online, it's easy to find.
