I know to stop aspirin and vitamin e before a surgey also it says to stop herbal stuff. I drink liptons green tea will i have to stop that too...
also it says to stop 10-14 days prior to surgery what if i messed up and stopped 9 days would it be a serious thing or do you think it will be ok

The Green tea is o.k. to consume as its catechins will help in healing. Also you may want to take high vitamin-C to help in the healing process......
