It can vary widely based on your age, sex, health history, and doctor preferences. However, screening for sexually transmitted diseases is not standard, and would not be included unless you requested it. The most basic bloodwork is just a CBC, or complete blood count, which looks at the numbers of different types of blood cells. Your doctor may also have ordered a cholesterol or blood sugar test, among other things.

The best way to find out what your doctor tested for is to just call the office and have your doctor or a nurse explain it to you, or to ask that they send you a copy of the lab report.

And if you have concerns about specific diseases, talk to your doctor about getting tested.
